At East Side Yoga Studio we strive to help people connect, strengthen and better understand their bodies through the practice and the art of Yoga. We create classes that encourage conscious and fluid movement, breath, and centered well being. We also believe in providing a warm and comfortable practice space for our students and our teachers.
Yoga teaches us to connect and become aware of our surroundings. As a studio, as yogis and as people, we cultivate positive social and environmental practices on and off the mat.
